DELIVERY AND RETURN INFORMATION

Shipping Policy

• Free shipping to Hong Kong and China.
• Free international shipping for single purchase over HKD500.
• Delivery fee of HKD159 will be charged for single purchase below HKD500 for international shipping.
• Shipping times kick in when your item(s) have left our distribution center. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing before your order is shipped. An email will be sent to you with the courier tracking  information.
• To update your shipping address, please email to info@pammoo.com. We will do our best to accommodate if the order has not been shipped.
• We do not ship to P.O boxes & rural postal codes and zip codes.
• We are required  by law to disclose the full value of the shipping package content by invoice.

Duty and Tax:

• Customer will be responsible for any international taxes and duties. We are unable to supply an estimated cost as it vary by country. Please contact the customs office in the destination country for information.

Return/Exchange

• Products must be returned within 14days of receiving your order.
• Products must be unworn, unwashed, unused with the original tags/labels attached and in its original packaging.
• Sale items are final and cannot be returned for a refund, exchange, other than in the event of them being faulty.
• We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to make the order.
• For return and exchange, the customer will pay the customs duties and the return shipping fee, and the refund will be proceeded after subtracting this part from the refund amount.

Order Cancellation

• Please email to info@pammoo.com for any order cancellation, and we can attempt to make it and arrange to refund by the original payment method. We are unable to halt a shipment once an order is out.
