PamMoo comes from the French word #Pamplemousse, which means grapefruit. Natural ruby red grapefruit contains a rich source of vitamin C essential for our daily nutrient demands. Stemmed from the idea of being your Vitamin C booster, our goal is to power up your day, to boost your body and soul, and to make you feel amazing !
 
Since the appearance of coronavirus pandemic, everyone has feelings of fear and anxiety at some point in their life. Life is lacking purpose and vitality ! Through our brand and apparel, we hope to encourage you to keep up the positive vibes and stay motivated, to rediscover your love for sports and live your most beautiful self even in these difficult times ! Shipping

  • When will I get my order?

    Shipping times kick in when your item(s) have left our distribution center. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing before your order is shipped. An email will be sent to you with the tracking information.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    Yes, we ship worldwide.

  • Tax and import charges?

    Customer will be responsible for any international taxes and duties. We are unable to supply an estimated cost as it vary by country. Please contact the customs office in the destination country for information.

    * We are required by law to disclose the full value of the shipping package content by invoice.

  • Can I change or update the shipping address?

     To update your shipping address, please email to info@pammoo.com. We will do our best to accommodate if the order has not been shipped.

Payment & Return Policy

  • What type of payment methods do you accept?

    We do accept Visa, MasterCard, America Express and UnionPay China.

  • Can I get a full refund?

    * Products must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.


    * Products must be unworn, unwashed, unused with the original tags/labels attached and in its original packaging.


    * Sale items are final and cannot be returned for a refund, exchange, other than in the event of them being faulty.


    * We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to make the order.


    * For return and exchange, the customer will pay the customs duties and the return shipping fee, and the refund


    will be proceeded after subtracting this part from the refund amount.

  • I can’t find my original receipt. What should I do?

    We can’t accept returns or issue refunds without any proof of purchase.
